Paracetamol (acetaminophen)- You can take the same when suffering from fever or muscle pain. Take APAP after 30 minutes of muscle ache you will be absolutely fit and fine.

Tylenol (acetaminophen)- It is a recommendable medicine, but not for reducing back ache

Tylenol (acetaminophen)- From my personal experience the intake of the same in case of pain does not impress me, but has no side effects. But if you have fever it is highly recommended.

Tylenol (acetaminophen)- when I tried to consume APAP to get rid of arthritis pain and in headache, it seems to be less effective, but is definitely harmless.
