I took one tablet in the morning and one at night and it worked effectively. Drink a glass of water after chewing the tablet. No side effects but you may need to have another pill at bedtime if your indigestion remains active.

This medication treated my problem but I noticed terrible skin problems aftermath; witnessed rashes on thighs, back and chest. Leg swelling was evident too. Not a safe product as it reacted badly on me.
